Use King Aurther flour. It doesent have Glyphosate which is what causes a lot of issues with US bread. It’s super easy to make.

Build a brick oven outdoor. Order hand grind flour from NY market. Machine grind flour already baked halfway because of high temp. Bake the bread in the outdoor brick oven. Check wood quality
