Over the past year my hair has grown longer, thicker, and healthier than ever. Here are the changes I've made 🫶🏻 . Less Coloring. I've stopped frequent coloring and now only get a light balayage every 1.5 years or so. I avoid heat styling as much as I can and wear my hair crimpy (three damp braids) as you'll see in most of my videos. . Daily Supplements: I've been consistent with a few supplements. @Vital Proteins Collagen Powder - 2 scoops (unflavored) in my coffee every morning for nearly a decade. Don't think it helps my hair, but letting you know I take it lol. @ARMRA I started using this colostrum powder (one scoop in water each morning) about a year ago. Coincidentally, my hair started growing longer and thicker shortly after, so I'm keeping it in my routine in case this is the magic ingredient!  Daily multirvitaimin, I take @Ritual  . 3. Better hair care tools! I don't let regular towels touch my hair anymore, now I use the @Crown Affair microfiber towel post-shower - it's especially amazing for long hair. . 4. Go-to products for healthy hair. @Olaplex shampoo and conditioner - my fave. @ミルボン公式(milbon) scalp moisturizer - i apply this after every shower to maintain a healthy scalp. i learned the importance of scalp care from @NagiPlusChelseaNY when I started going for scalp treatments. They recommended this product, i love it. Olaplex leave-in conditioner: 1-2 pumps all over my damp hair for hydration. @K18 Hair treatment: i use this every month or two - it's the best treatment i've ever tried. . Styling: @babylissprousa curling iron. @Kristin Ess Hair    products - obsessed with their hairsprays, texture sprays, and hair oils. @Biosilk Hair Care my holy grail product. it makes my hair look silky, shiny, and healtheir everytime i use it. . #hair #haircare #HairCareTips #longhair #healthyhair
