I tell them I’ll be there to open the door in 5 minutes and be there 20 minutes later. At that point, they will try or just stand there until I open the door.

in my particular version of IT I travel a lot to Data Centers. Often it's me setting up a particular time to come and fix their issue. however, they need to be there to grant admin access.
