Are you sure it’s psoriasis and not seborrheic dermatitis? I have SD and if I don’t wash my hair every 1-2 days with nizoral shampoo my hair is smelly and gets major buildup

I ALWAYS THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD SMELL IT!!!! I always said that it smells like garlic, I even learned that if when I wash my face I smell that "garlic" smell, I will have a breakout.
