Woof relatable. Thank god I’m back on track. 3 small meals and 2 snacks. Calorie deficit and a ton of water, exercise and sleep. 🥰 I’m only 5ft, lost 30lbs last year and fell off but back on.

Following hunger cues isn’t for everyone! If you’re like me, I’m always at an “I could eat” level of hunger. Per my Registered dietitian, it’s better to have your 3 main meals and an afternoon snack
