Why dont you deposit in US? Use cc for everything w/ 0% foreign trans fee, and pay it off. Have BoA account & can use BNP w/out fee in france to pull money. Not the best but gotta work the system🤷♀️

If your invoices are being paid from outside France then register your company in Andorra. Your business in France only pays tax on profits. This means maximise your legitimate expenses
