Me last month. I had Covid, an ear infection, AND my period to which has been the worst pain ever (in the process of an endo diagnosis). it was an awful time 😭

I have mine rn too and fell asleep during work today because I was so tired with such a bad migraine. I sympathize 🧡 maybe set a monthly reminder to pamper yourself right before it starts?

That’s why I opt not to have my period. I run birth control pills together continuously. Haven’t had a period in over a year.

my sil is chronically ill & I'm not allowed to hug her when I'm on my period bc I've made her start hers while on meds to completely stop it before. multiple times. this has also happened w/others😅

I had a hysterectomy a long time ago but im 47 and I still have my ovaries and have a hormone cycle. I forget about it and it is true, it is definitely worse during. thanks for the reminder ❤️
