@chloeshayden: This is your reminder that social media is a snapshot of a moment, not a summary of an entire identity. One of the questions, DM’s, comments etc that I receive the most are things along the lines of: “you’re always so vibrant!” “You don’t look chronically ill at all” “You don’t act autistic.” This is your gentle reminder that you never know what is going on behind the scenes; good or bad. You don’t know a persons whole journey; this is especially so when we see people in the spotlight that are disabled, neurodivergent and chronically ill. I am always disabled. I am always autistic. I am always chronically ill. The way that you outwardly perceive me (or anyone) doesn’t change that
I have a dream of being an actor, but being audhd and having pots and eds makes me feel like it’s impossible. Thank you for showing me that it might still be possible 💖

yes. thank you for your advocacy. I was just assesses as Autistic at 56. I wanna see more younger people living their best, authentic lives. I refuse to have regrets, I tell myself I kept myself safe
