I’m crew. You can only have 50 passengers to 1 crew so they would need another functioning crew member going out to be able to bring a full plane load of passengers back. That is another reason.

my daughter is cabin crew if med air say she cannot fly they will turn around as duty of care to crew and passengers and safety

any decisions made are not taken lightly they have to ensure passengers and crew are safe they can turn around or land in another destination which is decided by med air ❤️

if they have a sick crew member they are not fit to operate in an emergency they need to be able to operate doors fire equipment oxygen carry out first aid. so needed new crew member

they have a ratio for crew to passengers its massively unsafe aswell. we were in majorca and crew member was poorly. they needed 15 people to get off our plane x
