Setelah selesai proses menguli , bahagikan doh kepada 40 gm untuk setiap satu dan 2.5 gm untuk telinga . ☕️once done , divide dough into 40 gm each and 2.5 gm for ear .   -Tutup doh dengan kain lembab untuk elakkan doh kering. ☕️cover with damp clotch to protect the dough from drying out . -Rehatkan sehingga kembang . ☕️Rest for about 15 minutes . -Canai leper doh , letakkan mentega sejuk dan bungkus rapi . ☕️Flatten the dough , place the cold butter and wrap it up .  -Perap sehingga kembang 2 kali ganda. ☕️ let proof until doubled in size.  -Masukkan topping ke dalam piping bag dan pipekan membulat keatas permukaan roti . ☕️Put the cream topping into a pipping bag and pump out  in circles around the bun. -Bakar pada suhu 180°C selama 20 minit  ☕️Bake at 180°C , 20 minutes TOPPING 25gm mentega | butter  25gm marjerin | margarine  75gm gula castor | castor sugar  60gm  putih telur | egg whites  75gm tepung gandum | wheat flour  10gm susu tepung | milk powder 5gm coffee +1 tablespoons hot water  Caranya :  - pukul butter dgn gula hingga kembang. ☕️beat butter and sugar until fluffy. - masukkan telor dan campuran kopi  ☕️add egg and coffee mixture  - diikuti dengan tepung gandum dan susu tepung. ☕️add wheat flour and milk powder  - kacau hingga sebati . ☕️mix until well combined
