We kept our last pregnancy a "secret". Mainly we just never said anything on Facebook, but if anyone asked us on person we acknowledged it. We just didn't want to deal with it lol

We kept my third a secret for 5 months bc of how awful it was with my second. No1 checked in or cared except my side. If she hadn't been a girl after 2 boys I'd have kept the secret the whole time
