Yess! Just a tip, i found that taking it out of fridge at least an hour before taking it, helped it not hurt as much. The medicine would sting going in when it was too cold

So I was always told to eat some protein before doing my shot. You’re not really supposed to do it on an empty stomach.

I’m on Wegovy and I always make sure to up my hydration and protein the day before, day of & day after injection. I drink a protein shake before the shot and take a Zofran because I get bad nausea. ❤️

Eat a lot of protein. Have protein before you inject. Thighs are best. It doesn’t hurt. You really don’t need the numbing cream. Drink electrolytes once a day.

It’s better to do the shots in your thigh area. Get some ginger candy for nausea at Marshall’s. Those needles don’t hurt honestly, I hate needles and I’m a pro now. You will do great.
