But what if they’re already sitting in your chair? Like how do you go about telling them they’re late. Cause you can’t say “moving forward” if it’s already the nineteenth time they’ve been late 😭

What if they are getting color, they don’t get a blowdry then text you the next day saying they hate the color and since it wasn’t dry when they left they couldn’t fully see, they want it redone free?

I had a stylist be late numerous times when I’ve been 5 minutes early. She told me she didn’t have time to blowout and style, I told her “oh ok”. This won’t happen again and walked out, never returned

if my clients are more than 15 minutes late, i tell them they’re not getting a style & most are okay with it rather than a full cancel. & i still make my money
