Bro tip, if you have trouble getting them in, you can ask for smaller ones. My eyes were genuinely too small for the contacts they tried to give me at first.

Put a little solution on your finger tips.. it helps with putting them in and taking them out! I still struggle when I have acrylics on 😅

Spread out your eye on the top and bottom and the look away while you put it in then it’ll blink into place.

If it’s help looks up and put the contact in the corner of the eye. It should slide in place like that. Also make sure your fingers is wet & the contact doesn’t get dry. That will help suck to the eye

when I first got my contacts it was really hard but now it takes me less the 30 seconds to put them in. tilt your head down a little and put the contact on your index finger, pull only your bottom lid

Something my optometrist told me was that contacts have a tiny little line on one side that helps you line it up with your eye. As long as the line is pointing up it should sit correctly!

The dryer your hand is the better, th contact will stick to your eye instead of your hand better. Use opposite pointer finger to place contact in opposite eye while using your other pointer and middle

The colored contacts I have are a tiny bit bigger than normal contacts! I can’t feel my normal contacts at all but when I wear the colored ones it’s uncomfy for the first few hours

been wearing contacts since i was 13 and i can only do it my way or it doesn’t work! i use my left middle finger and pointer to pry open my eye as wide as it goes (yes ik ill cause wrinkles leave me alone 😂) and then i use my right pointer or middle finger to put it in but im never sitting up looking in a mirror, i lean over and fix my sight on an object on the ground and just go for it! idk if that makes any sense but there it is!
