I’m so happy I’m a natural nose breather but I think sometimes I sleep with my mouth open not all the time just some times 😭 so that means I snore 😭😭😭😭

Where can I get a bonnet/sleeping cap like that! I have one that is elastic and you can tighten it but it gives me headaches and when I don’t use it my hair ends up so ratty and dry :(

I wouldn't recommend mouth tape. you'd be surprised how many people die suffocating from their own vomit
