Thank you! Once I learned that it only takes $30/day to waste $10k a year I really was more mindful of all the "little treats" I got or the "must haves" that really aren't.

I did this last year. I deleted apps off of my phone and that made it much easier. I did have to unfollow a few influencers that were triggering for mindless shopping.

when I see things I want I add them to a wish list. then I look at them periodically and remove things I decide I don't want themy bday or Christmas I have a list for ppl who ask what they can get me
