Same here, and i believe the excessive dryness is caused by years of trying to treat acne with anti-acne products for oily skin which stripped skin more and damaged the skin barrier. 😞

Get the app “acne safe” and check every product you use (makeup, body soap, shampoo & conditioner, lotion, etc.). This, Clearstem skincare and the occasional facial w from an esthetician has helped me

Girl same. Dr derm told me that i kept getting tiny bumps which led to acne bcs of my dry skin. But i dont know how to hydrate my skin. It keeps getting dry no matter what moisturiser 😭

This was me and I have committed to a serious moisturizing routine that includes beef tallow whipped with raw honey. That ish is legit and is a great base for makeup. I also use a glycerin cleanser.

I used to have acne and what helped me is not using foundation that wasn’t heavy, using pixi toner before ceravee moisturiser, ice daily and aloe Vera at night, and meditating daily❤️

i have this problem sometimes and i slatherrr my face in moisturizer and work out a lot!! working out helps with moisture for ur face and use a super gentle moisturizer and sleep in it at night!!
