State owned bank is needed asap / ‘high risk borrowers’ still excist with much higher interest rates despite adequate security and collateral supplied. ‘Points System’ banks are using without discretion to qualify applicants are counter productive and wrong- people of disadvantage backgrounds will always be prejudiced- always hoping for a ‘political’ intervention
