@beccas.real.food: Farmers market haul! I get most of my organic produce at Costco bc it's just cheaper that way, bc I cook so much. But when I can I like to do a little farmers market haul. Ours comes from Cali, which is as local as we can get being in the desert... Veggies fresh from the earth, only flash frozen and transported within days are going to be fresher and have a better nutrient profile than overly processed grocery store produce. plus it's also fun to get an organic coffee and stroll around the Farmers market and look at all the wares 🤩 #FoodTok #foodtiktok #crunchymom #wholefood #paleo #realfoodkitchen #farmersmarket
