You should have boxes 4-10 and arrange them in what youve rated them, then at the end of every month re rate them and sort them again into boxes

you should separate them all after you've tested them into ranges like 3 and under or trash 4-6 in a bin 7-9 in a bin and then 10s / brand new in their own bin and start using the 4-6 range and toss
