Baba Ganoush is by far the best kinda dip 😁 #babaganoush #EasyRecipe #eggplant #eggplantrecipe #try #fyp Eat Baba Ganoush with your favorite vegetables, pita bread, or even chips. Baba Ganoush 1 lb. Eggplant 1/3 C. Oil (plus more for brushing) 1/4 C. Tahini 2 tsp. Garlic 2 TBS. Lemon Juice Salt Pepper Parsley Cumin Paprika Preheat over to 450°F. Prepare eggplant by washing then cut in half longways. Score flesh in a cris-cross, evenly drizzle oil, salt & pepper, then flip eggplants (cut side down). Roast for 50 mins. When finished roasting allow eggplant cool for a few minutes. Scoop the flesh of the eggplant into a bowl, removing any bits of skin. Using the back of a fork mix in garlic and lemon juice. Mix in tahini until combined. Now mix in oil (I used avocado oil but any lite tasting oil will do). Stir in salt, parsley, and cumin. Serve in a shallow bowl with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of paprika. Or store the Baba Ganoush in an airtight container in the refrigerator for upto 4-5 days.
