I always wondered why my daughter now with an autism diagnosis would watch TV with subtitles, she said everything around was too busy to follow what was being said. now I understand 💯

I think I might have ADHD along with anxiety which I’m diagnosed with but I’m worried if I try get a diagnosis for ADHD I could be wrong and wasting time.

my brain didn't handle this well at all..please don't call me crazy but it made my ears so sensitive they were flexing going tight etc and was painful but pain that's normal pain if that makes sense
