To make these Kanzi Apple single serve tarte tatins for yourself, you will need: 6 Kanzi Apples 30g butter 1/2 tsp vanilla paste Half a lemon Caramel 100g caster sugar 50g butter 60ml water 2 sheets butter puff pastry, thawed 1 egg, lightly beaten To serve Vanilla ice cream Method Preheat fan-forced oven to 190C.
