Make it a competition on who can get dressed first. Put two sets of clothes out for him to choose what he wants to wear. My 3 sons were the same and these things worked.

My son was fine! My 10 month old daughter? As soon as the nappy is off, it’s a crocodile roll and she’s gone! Then I fight her to get it finished. I knew my first baby was too easy 😭

It’s a huge fight for us most days too, and an added fight of putting his eczema creams on as well. Bedtime is literal nightmare at the moment

Yeahhh same with my 2.5 year old. Can’t get him out of his pjs. Can’t get him in them. Same as the bath/shower. Can’t get him in, can’t get him out 😭 exhausting

giving them choices was a game changer for us. my youngest is nearly 3 and we had so many issues with getting dressed as he also has sensory issues. he now picks his own clothes out of 2 outfits PT2

Best thing I did was buy a change table! He knows if he carry’s on while his on the change table he’ll fall off. So he lays there (usually) and gets changed.

Can relate. Such an effort to get my toddler dressed. He kicks and screams but as soon as we are outside or in the car he’s fine?! Weird.
