Good for thirst maybe but you can not survive on only distilled water. it has 0 minerals or electrolytes.

The aluminum and the plastic will make that water toxic because freshly distilled water is clinging to any ions and will absorb nasty chemicals from such materials instead of naturally pulling good minerals naturally from the earth such as a spring or something.
