Bleach only deals with the surface but vinegar penetrates all the way down to actually eliminate the mold and is safer

Vinegar is actually the BEST way to stop mold. Bleach is a no. It looks like it goes away but you just fed it to grow more

Do not use just regular ole bleach on mold period! Tilex yes, there are concentration grades needed!! Vinegar isn't for all mold types tho either, but most.
