@davidkinyanjuii: For my chicken lovers, delicious air fryer chicken thighs with cucumber avo salad 🤤 7 days of healthy meal ideas: Day 6 🕺🏾 Ingredients: - Chicken thighs - Marinade: 2 tsp tomato paste, 2tbsp plain greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, paprika, olive oil & lemon juice - Tomato, diced - Cucumber, sliced - Avocado - Vinaigrette (olive oil, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard,salt & pepper) Method: - Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees celsius (You can use an oven) - In a small bowl, prepare the marinade ingredients. Add all the ingredients and mix to combine - Add chicken pieces to a bowl, then add the marinade to it - Rub the marinade on each piece making sure it’s well coated - Add chicken pieces to the air fryer.
