I use the squat rack. I had a couple people come upto me like wow i need to try that cos i avoid doing that exercise cos i have no balance.

wouldn't u then put your weight onto the stick instead of your heal of your right foot? it's a good idea but using a fixed bar to support yourself might be more affective. Js! 😊
