@santoh777: This guy is a turtle that I picked the barnacles off of its back in February, and he often wanders around Mantis Point. Then he comes and asks for something, and he stays still with his front legs still, and he doesn't run away. This time, I picked the barnacles off its belly, and he resisted a little, maybe because it was in pain, but he didn't run away. In the end, I gently coaxed him and skillfully removed the barnacles off its belly. He didn't run away even after I removed the barnacles, and he stayed nearby for a while. I think he was saying thank you. I'm grateful that you picked the barnacles off of him, but we're also grateful that you trusted us, Turtle! Grow up well in the waters off Bohol🐢
