@bricksbybradyn: Happy #mariomonday everyone! 🍄 Time for a new wave! This is the first new set from the recent wave released on August 1st. I’m going to go thru each set in order from smallest to biggest. This is set 71433 Goomba’s Playground. It includes 173 pieces. I was surprised to see this set sold out at my local LEGO stores a week after release, I qas lucky enough to find the last one left behind on a shelf in the CITY section😂 It’s a great army building set, but I was surprised to know that there was a high demand for this set cause I’m always literally the only person standing in the Mario section! The Goomba character has been in quite a few LEGO Mario sets, almost every second set! The faces for this sets Goomba’s are reused, but the way the Goombas are built, makes them exclusive to this set! Usually the electronic scanner piece is on the top, in this set they are on the back! For playability, this set doesn’t offer much, but also offers everything! It’s more of an army building set. The Goomba’s and the tree will be mashed into my Mushroom Kingdom randomly, allowing for endless possibilities with this set! “Bopping” the Goomba’s one by one out the tree is a pretty fun feature, and the tree is a nice addition. I’m just happy to have some extra Goomba’s.😆 Of course I’d love to see a cheaper price tag for these sets, even more so that I’m forced to pay a few extra dollars here in Canada.
