Ingredients: - [ ] 1 cup vanilla ice cream - [ ] 2 (6 ounce cans) pineapple juice - [ ] 2 cups frozen pineapple, about 10 ounces Instructions: Add to blender and blend on high. Scrape down the sides to make sure there are no pineapple chunks left. Pulse again until smooth. Line a bread pan with plastic wrap or use an ice cream tub and pour in the pineapple mixture.
