I also do hypotrophy and incorporate time under tension as well for my lower body training. For my upper body,my focus is solely on hypotrophy training at low weight high volume. I also do core training and cardio as well. I train 5-7 times a week. I don’t particularly have rest days because I rest during the day and train for 45 minutes in the evening. Here’s my training split : 1. Monday - Back and Shoulder + Abs 2. Tuesday - Quads (Isolation movements) + calves 3. Wednesday - Chest and Shoulder + Abs 4. Thursday - Glutes 5. Friday - Quads(Compound movements) + calves 6. Saturday - Arms + Abs 7. Sunday - Hamstring + calves I do cardio regularly,mostly 4-5 times a week,20-30 minutes. #fyp #viral #training #trainingsplit
