Lose body fat first then focus on building muscle without putting any body fat back on. Plan For Losing Body Fat: 1-2 hours of cardio every day. Eat a low calorie high protein diet. Example Breakfast: 1 cup of egg whites and 2 oz of chicken breast. Lunch & Dinner: 7oz of chicken thighs with mixed vegetables. And 1 protein shake as well. Lift Weights 3-4 days a week. Men: 2 leg days and 2 upper body days. Women: 2 leg days and 1 upper body day. Plan for building muscle So we reduce the cardio down to 30-60 minutes a day And we add some more carbs to our diet. Can i have the protein shake even my calorie deficit will be done by dinner ? Because I need to eat 1200 cal and sometimes I can’t add a protein shake that has 190 cal for 30g protein
