hit up your hardware store and get a 7” front pulley and a 4-5” rear pulley. might need to reconfigure clutch a little bit

Put a dirtbike carb on it, something with the same or slightly more CFM. They work good with these mowers

Can get some cheap carbs on Amazon, I wouldn’t mess with eBay or any “cheap” sites. Amazon will back their products and you won’t get scammed

Get a pwk off of Amazon, snorkel the carb and the flywheel, go power sports sells an adapter for four wheeler wheels, replace the “throttle” with a pedal or brake from a bike
