This is how far gone we are as a country. The fact that the point of contention here is Pierre Pollieve asking for objectivity on a journalists extremely subjective phrasing, and not the fact that the journalist is displaying how easily ONE person can use very vague phrasing to attempt to describe what he’s doing while also trying to back his stance by using a general populous. Taking a page out of Donald Trumps book? Pierre’s exactly right - what page. What is the journalist referring to when he compares Pierre to Trump? Not even the journalist himself knows - he just knows that drawing a correlation between Trump and Pierre would draw favour from everyone who dislikes Trump for reasons they themselves don’t even know.
