Remember…the decomposition of the root system from the felled trees will leach carbon into the soil to feed the still growing plant life in the area. They still live on below ground.❤️

I had a beautiful elm in my front yard. I loved it. Had to have it taken down last summer because of Dutch Elm disease. I miss that big beautiful tree. I hear you Adam. ❤️

After selling our house one of the things I worried about was were the new owners going to cut down the trees I planted over the last twenty plus years. Sorry , find the right trees / get at it
