@bwnmikey: No pump routine, guess the weight we at now… Been bulking for a bit but getting more comfortable at my current weight, I prefer more athletic and aesthetics over pure mass. I want a body that is functionable, not just big. That’s all just preference though. Looking to put on a bit more mass and then focus on shedding fat while building muscle
