@jasminseats: Are they worth the hype or is erryone lyin? 🤔 Crispy rice salad Ingredients to serve 4: Rice: 1.5 cups rice (preferably day old rice) 2 tbsp soy 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar Dressing: 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp sesame seeds 1-2 tbsp water (if you want the dressing thinner) Serve with whatever you like, I chose: Broccoli Edamame Radish Avo Cucumber Greens of spring onions Fresh mint (HIGHLY reco) Fresh parsley (****) Bake or air fry the rice at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes stirring and re flattening the rice at least 3-4 times for optimal crispness. #crispyrice #crispyricesalad #saladrecipe #DinnerIdeas
