Ingredients: 230g butter, cubed 270g caster sugar (superfine sugar) 2 medium eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp black colourmill 460g plain flour 80g dark Cocoa powder 60g cornstarch Combine sugar and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer and cream for a couple of minutes. Add eggs and colourmill and cream again until combined. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to the mixer. mix on low speed until the dough starts coming away from the sides of the bowl. flatten into discs and chill for 30 minutes before using. #halloweencookies #cookiedough #spookyseason
