@saggysara: It’s so important that we don’t believe everything we see online. Posing, angles and lighting can change how we look in photos and videos. That’s why it’s important to not believe every “before and after” we see online. Especially because (get ready for a story time) my instagram vs reality images have been stolen so many times, without my knowledge or consent, by different brands to promote fake beauty products. So please be wary while scrolling online. But I also want to remind you that your body is meant to change as you age and go through different parts of life (medication changes, hormone changes, having children, life stressors, loss of a loved one, traumatic situations, moving house or country, finishing university, starting a new job etc). That’s normal and you shouldn’t punish your body for adjusting to new life experiences. Be kinder and more compassionate with yourself, we all deserve it.
