I will never understand why they do these sobriety tests. Why not just use a breathalyser and drug test instead of doing ridiculous test’s trying to figure out if the person is sober or not. 🤯🤯

If you drink one drink you’re going to jail, there’s no test fail or pass, this is all designed to just prosecute the case, gone are the days of discretion
