This is a good example of how I train my legs and glutes without "heavy" weights -- I do use 20lb dumbbells (40lbs total) in part of this circuit but mostly I rely on lots of time under tension with bands. I personally find this to be incredibly effective and isolating. Give it a go and let me know if you felt the burn as much as I did! 😭🍑 leggings: bands @Ladies Fitness Hub 💪🏽Complete 3 rounds 💪🏽Rest 60 seconds between supersets and 1-2 minutes between rounds. ——- 🔹Complete moves 1-3 as a triset, flowing through without rest. *note I keep my hands behind my neck in certain moves as it reminds me to keep my chest lifted even as I hinge my hips back and lean forward 1️⃣Side step pulse squat (12x each side) 2️⃣Diagonal heel raise pause squat (12x each side) 3️⃣Duck walks 4x back, 4x front (3x) ------- 🔹Complete moves 4 & 5 without rest in between 4️⃣constant tension 1/2 squats (12x) 5️⃣single grip constant tension 1/2 squats 👉🏽drop weight and perform to failure. briefly come out, switch grips, and repeat to failure once more ------ 🔹Complete moves 6&7 without rest in between 6️⃣Low in and out squat hops (slow, to failure) 7️⃣Low in and out squat hops (faster tempo, to failure) #shelifts #fitgirls #fitgirlsguide #healthylifestyle #bodybuilding #gymgirlvids #gluteworkout #legworkout #lowerbodyguide #homeworkout #legvideos #legsecrets #thexbands
