I wish he would have said D3/K2….most people don’t realize you 100% have to take it with K2, or you will build calcium in your arteries. If you’re NOT outside 85% of the time, you’re vitamin D deficient.

I had to wash my entire body except face with hibicleanse for 7 days pre-surgery. and even tho I did it before going that day, they did it again. my friend-nothing

In my country it was MANDATORY to give vitamin D to a newborn for whole year and keep doing that afterwards. But last years EU like trying to stop that.

Yup… My grandpa had stomach/bladder cancer removed and came out of it fully in remission. Went back for a small bladder surgery, got infected, got sepses, went into septic shock and died in 3 days.

We take magnesium glycinate with vitamin D3k2 everyday. Helps with sleep, many reports say people need more magnesium with D3.

I had an emergency hernia surgery that ended up with an infection and they had to operate. This happened in 2020 & I still have complications… I didn’t know the back story about infections

Hmmm, vitamin D is produced by sun on your skin, so low vitamin D levels might be indicative of someone that doesn’t go out side/less active/less fit
