@moonlight.market.co: Four mistakes I made installing my board and batten wall: 1. Skipping the tape layout – thought I could visualize it on paper, but I really needed to see it on the wall 😬 Took way longer than it should have! 2. Not checking that all my boards were the same thickness, so they didn’t lay flush, and I had to make extra trips to the store to fix it 😫 3. Nailing two nails when I should’ve only used one on the first horizontal board – almost locked it in place, preventing me from being able to move it to make sure it was level. But luckily, I still had some wiggle room to adjust 😮‍💨😅 4. Nailing the first board over my tape layout – had to scrape the tape out from underneath afterward 🤦🏼‍♀️ Not a big deal, just stupid!
