We’re FINALLY enjoying the ripe passion fruits off the vine (took long enough) Had to make the classic p*rnstar martini but TIP use tequila reposado vs a Vanilla Vodka it tastes 10x better, trust me! Here’s how to make it, to a cocktail shaker add 1 egg white 1 passion fruit pulp 1/2 oz lime juice 3/4 oz passion fruit liqueur 1/2 oz vanilla syrup 2 oz tequila reposado Dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again! Double strain into a coupe & garnish with half a passion fruit. Option to add mint & dusting of powdered sugar!
