I do calves, hams, quads, glutes in that order. Bc I’m focusing on my calves/hams and doing quads later. They grow easily.

The last set you have your partner hold it on you 3 to last rep to failure and you hold it till you start going down and we force 1 rep and you control it down slow and I’ve seen massive growth inboth
