🥐 Samsa from puff pastry Ingredients: • Flour – 500 g • Yeast – 1 tablespoon • Sugar – 1 tablespoon • Salt – 1 teaspoon • Milk – 250 ml (warm) • Butter – 250 g (50 g into dough + 200 g for layering) • Egg – 1 (for brushing) Filling: • Minced meat – 500 g • Onion – 2 pieces • Salt – to taste • Black pepper – to taste • Tomato paste – a little Instructions: 1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes. 2. Add flour, salt, and 50 g butter. Knead the dough and let it rest for 1–1.5 hours. 3. Roll out the dough, add 200 g butter for layers, fold and repeat several times. 4. For the filling: cook minced meat with onions, add salt, pepper, and a bit of tomato paste. Let cool. 5. Shape samsa as in the video. 6. Brush with egg and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
