It’s fine to use AI to take notes as long as you study them after, and learn the material. If you’re learning it for real, you’re not cheating just because you don’t want to manually take notes.

We used pen and papers to take notes in college. No computers, smart phones, AI, mini tape recorders. We graduated. 50 years later, I still remember most of the material we learned .
