Yes! It took me what felt like forever fto figure out that I had fungal acne and when I did how to treat it😭 finally started using what you have in your hand and went to a more minimalist skincare routine (micellar water and witch hazel paired with a moisturizer to fight breakouts. The dandruff shampoo saved me for real though.

They do! They make chlorhexidine based washes, zinc based skincare, and you can buy ointments with anti fungals you can use anywhere. They just don't specifically specify its for your face 😊
