What people need to understand when 911 is called 1st they try to get as much information as possible but while they are doing that an ambulance & the police have already been notified of where to go. They ask many questions as a tactic of keeping the person on the line speaking until they are positive that help has reached the person

people can't be this uneducated about how dispatching works 🤦🏾♂️. do you really expect the dispatcher to teleport responders to the location???? these are very skilled and well trained individuals who know exactly what they are doing. this is why most calls seem to have the same sentiment.
